This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver administrative and operational assistance to Behavioral Health clinical teams.
• Organize initiatives, track and monitor progress, and establish timelines for assigned tasks.
• Arrange appointments for clients with clinical personnel and support teams.
• Set up and manage cases within workflow management systems.
• Assist clients and partners via phone and email, addressing requests and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Conduct complex data entry and manage data in clinical and claims systems.
• Coordinate, organize, and uphold accurate filing systems (both electronic and paper).
• Ensure all records and sensitive business information are created, handled, stored, retrieved, and archived in accordance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain documents, reports, templates, and tracking tools.
• Aid in documentation requests and ensure the timely acquisition of necessary records.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of administrative processes and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and pertinent experience.
• At least four (4) years of progressive and relevant administrative support experience.
• Preferred: Experience in a Behavioral Health or clinical healthcare environment.
