This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Acts as the main liaison with HQ Program Operations and Country office personnel (in English and Spanish) to comprehend business inquiries, reporting demands, and decision-making requirements.
• Create and manage Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards that deliver timely, actionable insights customized to the needs of end-users.
• Verify report data for precision, ensure dashboards align with accurate business needs rules and structures, and maintain documentation regarding report logic, definitions, filters, and assumptions.
• Develop and provide training and job aids (in English and Spanish) to assist users in navigating and interpreting reports.
• Offer continuous user support in English and Spanish by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and guiding non-technical personnel in data-driven decision-making.
• Aid in system issue triage by replicating and documenting errors, collaborating with relevant teams, and testing solutions.
• Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system improvements, providing feedback and supporting release communications.
• Help with regular access audits and collaborate with IT on user provisioning for reporting tools.
• Contribute to process mapping, workflow documentation, and light process enhancement activities alongside the Director.
• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence/reporting positions.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential, with a proven ability to assist Spanish-speaking users.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI is required, including data modeling and visualization best practices.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power Query, including complex formulas and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, and associated analytics tools is preferred.
• Experience in leading requirements discussions, documenting business needs, and effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday, and SmartSimple systems is preferred.
• Understanding of data governance and cross-system integration is highly desired.
• Experience collaborating with international or distributed teams is strongly preferred.
• Occasional travel to WWF-US field or country offices may be necessary.
