This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full ownership of the execution of designated operational projects, managing them from initiation to rollout and adoption.
• Revise and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Leverage AI technology to automate checks on documentation quality and deliverables.
• Identify product and internal tool enhancements by converting operational challenges into actionable requirements.
• Utilize AI to create solutions that enhance the workflows and operations of onsite teams.
• Manage change effectively during rollouts, which includes identifying impacted users, providing training, and ensuring successful adoption.
• Proactively identify project issues and communicate associated risks.
• Connect operational realities on the ground with broader programmatic strategies.
• Establish success criteria and measurement frameworks prior to the initiation of projects.
• Monitor outcomes and deliver retrospective analyses to guide future projects.
• Use operational data to prioritize modifications and showcase their impact.
• Complete assigned operations projects punctually and foster adoption.
• Produce clear SOP revisions and facilitate seamless rollouts.
• Collaborate with launch and program teams on project management efforts.
• Consistently update stakeholders on project status, direction, decisions, and progress.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or hospitality.
• Ability to manage several projects at once across various stages and stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Generalist approach with the capability to quickly learn about unfamiliar issues.
• Experience in implementing processes or tools and driving user adoption.
• Proficiency in utilizing and acting on operational data.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills, with clarity and frequency.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, Claude, and Slack.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Kasa properties as required.
• Plus: Over 1 year of experience in a startup or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Plus: Experience with short-term rental operations, housekeeping, or maintenance.
• Plus: Experience in scoping or aiding product/tooling projects with technical teams.
• Plus: Comfort in creating and managing trackers, dashboards, or light reporting systems.
