This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a coordination point for operational activities while ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Assist customer-centric initiatives by upholding program standards, documentation, and processes.
• Cultivate relationships with internal teams and customers to grasp their objectives and needs.
• Aid in the deployment of standardized processes and tools across various locations.
• Maintain and refresh program playbooks that detail workflows and specific customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to customer standards, industry regulations, and company best practices.
• Organize customer engagement logistics for the effective delivery of Convergint services.
• Track program metrics and prepare reports for both internal and customer-facing evaluations.
• Assist in tackling operational challenges and escalate issues as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement service delivery solutions.
• Support the introduction of new services or geographical capabilities to fulfill customer needs.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Basic knowledge of program/project management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively compile, analyze, and report data.
• Capacity to collaborate across various departments.
• Fundamental financial awareness concerning program budgets and costs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow management tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with network and low-voltage building systems is preferred.
• Professional experience in electronic security, fire alarm and life safety, or building automation is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in program/project coordination.
