This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise execution teams and ensure alignment with clients’ strategic objectives through Varian’s comprehensive solutions.
• Establish and nurture collaborative, executive-level relationships that promote long-term client loyalty.
• Collaborate with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales, and Varian leadership from strategy development to execution.
• Implement enterprise solutions aimed at minimizing time to value for partners.
• Act as a Varian product and oncology authority to support client success.
• Operationalize execution plans, key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and governance structures for partnerships.
• Ensure program outcomes are patient-focused, bridge consumption gaps, and adjust strategy to enhance diversified recurring revenue.
• Meet assigned KSO targets while cultivating client relationships.
• Carry out Varian implementation procedures and guarantee client satisfaction.
• Provide strong representation for the company and embody Varian professionalism.
• Uphold Varian ethics, values, and business practices with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel 50%-75% and secure access to relevant client locations.
• Capability, competence, and confidence to lead teams effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HCM systems such as Workday or equivalent ERP and productivity software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and manage various processes, personnel, and projects concurrently.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and delegation abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Executive presence, along with presentation and sales skills.
• Strategic, relevant knowledge and cross-functional experience, including Varian solutions and oncology operations.
• Understanding of diverse business models and the capability to integrate complex technologies for value creation.
• Ability to thrive in matrixed and unstructured environments.
• Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
• Capacity to quickly synthesize information and facilitate translation between organizations.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, including basic organizational profit and loss (P&L) understanding.
• Minimum of seven years of managerial experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on oncology operations.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical operations, driving strategic and business planning, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Established record of collaboration and consensus building.
• Completion of a Learning Management System (LMS) training plan pertinent to assigned responsibilities.
• Fulfillment of vendor credentialing requirements for client site access, including possible identification, background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Understanding of quality, performance improvement, change theory, and health systems.
• Basic IT knowledge, particularly in interoperability and infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with eight years of related experience, or a master's degree with six years of related experience.
• Ability to work with controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
