This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage account success with a focus on solution implementation, customer service, and client retention.
• Gain insights into customers’ strategies, business models, and success metrics.
• Act as a direct liaison between partner organizations and Varian.
• Supervise teams that deliver enterprise solutions.
• Engage in pre-scoping sales cycles and manage post-sale operational implementation.
• Ensure that execution aligns with clients’ strategic objectives through Varian’s comprehensive solutions.
• Develop and nurture executive-level partnerships along with fostering long-term client loyalty.
• Collaborate with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales, and Varian leadership during strategy development and execution.
• Implement enterprise solutions that enhance speed to value.
• Function as Varian's product and oncology specialist to support client success.
• Operationalize execution plans, KPIs, scorecards, and governance structures for partnerships.
• Ensure the delivery of patient-centered program outcomes, address consumption gaps, and adapt strategies towards diversified recurring revenue.
• Meet assigned KSO targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Carry out Varian’s implementation processes and represent the company with professionalism.
• Manage projects and supporting resources through a dotted-line reporting structure.
• A minimum of seven years of managerial experience in healthcare administration, specializing in oncology operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with eight years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with six years of related experience.
• Leadership experience in clinical operations focusing on strategic and business planning, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead teams with competence and confidence.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, delegation, presentation, selling, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HCM systems like Workday or similar ERP/productivity software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to plan and oversee multiple processes, personnel, and projects concurrently.
• Possess executive presence, responsiveness, and dependability.
• Knowledge of Varian solutions, oncology operations, and healthcare business frameworks.
• Capability to quickly synthesize information and translate between partner and Varian organizations.
• Understanding of healthcare finance, including basic organizational P&L.
• Familiarity with quality, performance improvement, change theory, health systems, interoperability, and infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively in matrixed and unstructured environments.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time.
• Must complete relevant LMS training plans.
• Must satisfy vendor credentialing requirements for client-site access, which includes applicable identification, background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, TB tests, and healthcare training.
• Preferred: clinical background such as RT(T), RN, MO, CMD, or PhD.
• Preferred: master’s degree such as MBA/MHA.
