This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate the implementation of the Clinisys ICE Application and its related modules within healthcare organizations and community care, as instructed by the Project Manager to meet customer and business needs.
• Serve in a consultative capacity with the customer to configure the Clinisys ICE Application, improving the workflow for order communications, requests, and results reporting.
• Lead interfacing initiatives pertinent to ICE, collaborating closely with the customer.
• Play a critical role in the functional development of the Clinisys ICE Product.
• Stay updated on current and upcoming healthcare workflows, regulations, and technologies related to order communications and pathology requests.
• Proactively promote, initiate, and execute quality improvement initiatives/projects in collaboration with Delivery leadership.
• Carry out project-related tasks as directed to fulfill customer and business requirements, when applicable.
• Adhere to Clinisys codes of conduct and guidelines.
• Understand, comply with, and develop alongside customer and Clinisys procedures, working practices, and directives promptly.
• Grasp customer workflows and provide advice and assistance with ICE product configuration to meet these requirements.
• Map, configure, troubleshoot, and connect ICE workflows and interfaces to relevant systems, including middleware and Winpath LIMS.
• Be fully knowledgeable about the functionality of your discipline's product (ICE).
• Have familiarity with the core functionality of all products.
• Support the Project Manager with implementation tasks, including time management, resource planning, and collaboration with customer representatives.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance project delivery activities, such as task planning, time management, status reporting, customer workshops, and summary preparation.
• Promote and apply responsible AI usage in delivery and customer interactions, in alignment with Clinisys governance and data protection standards.
• Continuously meet and maintain performance against utilization targets.
• Understand customer requirements as outlined in the Project Initiation Document (PID).
• Provide recommendations based on customer feedback regarding modifications and enhancements to the ICE software.
• Conduct relevant training sessions for key users, as required.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Respond to reasonable requests from the line manager or project managers.
• Support and contribute to team members and foster the knowledge base.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Order communications.
• Equivalent experience or standing in fields such as life sciences, public health, or clinical systems that support order communications.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and, if necessary, internationally.
• Possession of a driving license.
• Proficient understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to utilize them in project delivery.
• Strong motivational abilities and capability to complete tasks under challenging circumstances.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High commitment levels and the ability to take action when needed.
• Capability and willingness to work independently.
• Strong customer service acumen.
• Ability to create and present executive-level summaries and presentations.
• IT knowledge encompassing HL7 Integration products (e.g., Rhapsody).
• Experience with XML or scripting is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
• Awareness of interfacing between ICE, LIMS, and other clinical systems.
