Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of Nulogy’s Platform for new clients, supported by other consultants.

• Serve as the primary contact during the client implementation phase.

• Conduct on-site Business Process Mapping (BPM) sessions with clients.

• Gather information to inform the creation of Workflows and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Help translate business needs into technical design documentation.

• Configure and troubleshoot solutions according to the design documents.

• Assist clients with data migration tasks associated with the Go-Live phase.

• Train and mentor shop floor, front office, and management users on the use of our platform.

• Ensure that all significant project tasks and milestones are documented, completed, and communicated according to established timelines while effectively managing competing priorities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Excellent consulting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex concepts and presenting ideas logically in both written and verbal formats.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution sectors.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 50%).

• Capable of working from home when not on-site at customer facilities.

• BA / BS / AA Degree required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in North America.

• Must be open and able to travel internationally.

• Possess a valid driver's license and passport.
