Professional Services Advisor I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional consulting services to credit union and banking clients.

• Assist the sales and consulting team in providing excellent client service.

• Champion process improvement initiatives as a change agent.

• Configure and implement the functionality of DNA Core Processing.

• Document discussions and decisions made with clients and internally.

• Carry out assigned responsibilities and work groups efficiently and effectively.

• Assess client readiness for conversion and facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions.

• Test new features and functionalities of the DNA product suite.

• Provide support to Principal Consultants as needed.

• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project duration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with the DNA Core system.

• More than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including finance, accounting, back-office processing, deposit operations, or retail deposits.

• Strong analytical and strategic consulting capabilities.

• Highly driven to achieve deliverables and deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Experience in core system administration.

• Familiarity with large enterprise-wide application systems.

• SQL development experience.

• Background in HTML5 and CSS.

• Experience with Fiserv DNA and WMF technology.

• Knowledge of Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module.

• Understanding of DocuSign Online and printed media Desktop Design.

• Familiarity with printer and peripheral installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Willingness to travel up to 50–75%, including weekends and holidays.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.

• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
