This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with Eye Care Professionals, healthcare influencers, and Key Accounts/Key customers.

• Offer education and technical assistance to Key Accounts and customers as part of collaborative customer partnership teams.

• Implement the educational strategy and provide content to support New Product Launches (NPL) and essential strategic brands.

• Distribute educational materials through various delivery channels, such as face-to-face interactions, virtual meetings, and digital platforms.

• Organize and provide support for congresses and trade conferences in the local market.

• Establish and nurture relationships with HCP Influencers and Thought Leaders to impact business and commercial planning.

• Deliver Clinical/Technical support to local marketing, sales, regulatory, and various other teams.

• Advocate for HCP involvement in all strategic initiatives driven by customer insights.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical/optical practice or the industry.

• Strong technical knowledge and experience with contact lens fitting and dry eye management.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations, along with exceptional public speaking abilities.

• Preferred skills in managing people and internal stakeholders.

• Results-driven team player with excellent collaboration and well-honed project management skills.
