This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Advancement of insurance products in the composite sector (SHU)

• Management and further development of existing products

• Conduct negotiations with risk carriers regarding new and existing concepts

• Project management within the framework of the concepts

• Serve as the point of contact in the region and responsible for stakeholder management

• Occasionally assist risk carriers on-site or attend trade fairs

• Qualification as an insurance and financial services merchant, business economist, or insurance specialist, or comparable experience

• Strong affinity for numbers

• Experience in product development within the insurance sector

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

• Enjoyment in interacting with risk carriers

• Enthusiasm for the digital work environment and quick adaptation to various tools

• Proactive collaboration and team spirit

• Proficient German language skills at least at C1 level

• Up to 100% remote work
