Productivity Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address incidents related to Microsoft messaging, productivity, collaboration, security, EMS, and infrastructure services in line with established service levels;

• Engage in projects that involve Microsoft messaging, productivity, collaboration, security, EMS, and infrastructure;

• Generate documentation pertaining to support services as well as deployment and migration projects;

• Offer technical assistance to Lanlink branches and clients;

• Conduct research to identify and resolve incidents and/or issues within your area of responsibility;

• Provide training and skill enhancement for analysts in your department and for clients;

• Carry out additional tasks relevant to your work area;

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferably in ICT-related fields or with postgraduate studies in ICT);

• Proven experience in providing IT infrastructure support;

• Background in managing highly complex projects;

• Proficiency in Technical English;

• Desired certifications include:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert;

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate;

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate;

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate;

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate;

• Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate;
