Production Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing operations within the facility to enhance output.

• Coordinating the development of training and educational materials for the production team.

• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.

• Formulating, implementing, and enforcing operational methods and procedures aimed at resolving operational issues and enhancing product quality and revenue.

• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to achieve production objectives.

• Assessing various stages of the production process to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Achieving results for the manufacturing staff by setting job expectations; planning, monitoring, and evaluating job performance; mentoring, advising, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and upholding systems, policies, and procedures.

• Performing additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically in production.

• Bachelor’s degree along with 2 years of experience as a production supervisor or team lead within a manufacturing environment.

• Associate's degree accompanied by 3 years of experience in a production supervisor or team lead role in a manufacturing setting.

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a production supervisor or team lead in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a robust work ethic.

• Capability to establish and adhere to production processes.

• Competence in writing reports clearly and accurately.

• Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or a related field.
