Production Service Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Diagnosing and resolving intricate technical challenges within the specialized area.

• Recognizing and executing process enhancements and efficiency improvements to promote change safety.

• Enhancing tools, alerts, documentation, and procedures to support change safety initiatives.

• Fostering positive relationships across various teams.

• Working collaboratively with our global Change Safety Deployment team to ensure consistent workflows throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.

• Proven experience in administering, monitoring, and resolving issues within a high availability platform environment.

• Demonstrated experience with Linux/Unix systems and a strong understanding of SQL and scripting languages.

• Proficient in network technologies and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, WAN, and DNS.

• A collaborative team player, capable of prioritizing and solving problems in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to internal teams and clients.
