This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct quality control assessments on both residential and commercial floorplans.
• Evaluate floorplans to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting, and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement drone image overlays and property boundary markups.
• Detect and rectify errors prior to the final delivery to clients.
• Adhere to established production workflows and quality protocols.
• Independently manage workload while meeting production deadlines.
• Effectively communicate with offshore production teams and Australian management concerning revisions and project requirements.
• Generate drone overlays based on client annotations and style guidelines.
• Utilize Google Maps to identify landmarks when necessary.
• Make necessary revisions and corrections.
• Ensure spelling accuracy and correct placement of pointers.
• Support floor plan quality control efforts.
• Review floor plans to identify incorrect measurements.
• Verify the presence of doors, windows, air-conditioning units, and appliances.
• Assess color templates and style templates for accuracy.
• Identify issues utilizing supporting photos and measurements.
• Manage ad hoc production-related tasks.
• Escalate significant issues as required.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Production Assistant, with knowledge and exposure to Drone Imagery and Aerial Mapping.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to adhere to processes and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop for overlays is preferred.
• Familiarity with Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer for floorplans; CAD or Illustrator experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate, architectural, mapping, drafting, or graphic production environments is preferred.
• Experience working with floorplans, site plans, aerial imagery, or property marketing materials is preferred.
