Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate mock-ups and production artwork to confirm they accurately represent client requests and are ready for production.

• Validate artwork against order specifications, customer guidelines, and production criteria.

• Detect and address production issues prior to orders being sent to the printer.

• Implement artwork revisions and prepare files that are ready for production when needed.

• Assess artwork for production viability, consistency, placement, sizing, spelling, and other quality benchmarks.

• Engage with Campus Managers and internal teams regarding revisions, concerns, suggestions, or clarification inquiries.

• Utilize Adobe Illustrator to review, modify, and prepare production artwork.

• Leverage AI-assisted workflows and internal resources to enhance precision and workflow effectiveness where applicable.

• Achieve a predetermined number of tickets daily while maintaining a balance of speed, quality, and accuracy.

• Correspond directly with the sales team via email.

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.

• Experience in reviewing and editing production artwork or vector graphics.

• Basic knowledge of print production processes, garment decoration techniques, and artwork preparation.

• Ability to recognize production issues related to artwork, placement, sizing, and print viability.

• Well-functioning computer capable of managing design tasks.

• Reliable, stable internet and power connection.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and workflows is a plus.
