Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate mock-ups and production artwork to ensure they meet client specifications and are prepared for production.

• Confirm artwork aligns with order details, customer instructions, and production criteria.

• Detect and address production challenges prior to orders being sent to the printer.

• Implement artwork modifications and create production-ready files when necessary.

• Assess artwork for production viability, consistency, placement, dimensions, spelling, and other quality benchmarks.

• Liaise with Campus Managers, the sales team, and internal departments about revisions, concerns, suggestions, or clarification inquiries.

• Utilize Adobe Illustrator to review, modify, and ready production artwork.

• Responsibly leverage AI-enhanced workflows and internal tools to boost precision and workflow efficiency as appropriate.

• Meet a specified number of tickets each day while maintaining a balance of speed, quality, and accuracy.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.

• Experience in reviewing and editing production artwork or vector graphics.

• Fundamental understanding of print production processes, garment decoration techniques, and artwork preparation.

• Capability to identify production challenges related to artwork, placement, dimensions, and print viability.

• A well-functioning computer that can manage design workloads effectively.

• Reliable internet and power connection.

• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools and workflows is advantageous.
