• Leverage AI technologies to pinpoint and execute operational enhancements and efficiencies aimed at shaping the future of Production Support.
• Analyze and resolve intricate production challenges that impact user experience.
• Engage with essential vendor systems utilizing a combination of SQL and API calls to investigate customer complaints.
• Implement fixes to our backend systems.
• Serve as an engineering consultant for our Operations team to facilitate the automation of manual processes.
• A minimum of 1 year of engineering experience with expertise in at least one backend programming language. Proficiency in Node.js and Typescript across our stack is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and code in Typescript.
• Familiarity with SQL and REST APIs.
• Strong written communication abilities, complemented by the skill to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Understanding of payment systems (such as card processing and ACH), along with knowledge of AWS and experience in shell scripting (bash, zsh, or similar) is advantageous.
