This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Interact with customers to identify technical challenges they face and either resolve these issues or escalate them to the product team.
• Your main technical responsibility will be focused on the infrastructure and deployment of our products.
• Typical customer interactions may involve investigating bugs, troubleshooting deployments, managing outages, and more.
• Configure environments for debugging, explore products, and enhance supportability knowledge.
• You will provide mentorship and share knowledge with the support team.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and managing networks (such as HTTPS and network diagnostics).
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Web Server technologies (experience with IIS is an advantage).
• Experience with Unix-like system administration.
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted environments (such as Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes is preferred, but Docker is acceptable).
• Proficiency in writing scripts.
• Demonstrated experience in working with customers and organizations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
