This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist Key Account Managers in enhancing the penetration of the Grid Automation portfolio, specifically focusing on Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics solutions.
• Identify new opportunities and promote the adoption of innovative products.
• Actively engage with customers to increase the uptake of the Grid Automation portfolio.
• Manage sales opportunities and forecasts utilizing Salesforce.
• Achieve or surpass orders and sales targets.
• Assess customers’ Critical To Quality metrics and their product/service requirements.
• Communicate and demonstrate the value of Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics products and services.
• Influence customer specifications and successfully close significant deals.
• Connect customers with commercial operations, marketing, engineering, and product development teams.
• Build enduring customer relationships to support account strategy.
• Contribute insights to account plans and necessary actions for growth.
• Articulate the value of the Grid Automation portfolio at a strategic level.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing technical or sales experience in utility or industrial sectors.
• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues.
• Capable of leading programs/projects.
• Skills in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Proven project management expertise.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
