Product Performance Monitoring Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain real-time performance dashboards.

• Track daily product health and inform the team of changes in user behavior.

• Evaluate user journeys to pinpoint areas of friction.

• Work in partnership with Engineering and Product Management teams.

• Perform post-launch evaluations for features to assess their success.

• Guarantee precise event tracking in collaboration with engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is essential.

• Proficient SQL skills are a must.

• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is strongly preferred.

• Experience using product analytics platforms (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of technical monitoring tools is required.

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is necessary.
