Product Owner – Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee the product roadmap for software related to flow cytometer acquisition and analysis.

• Work in partnership with the Product Manager, Systems Engineer, and lead software team Product Owner representatives.

• Ensure that features are ready for deployment to production, as well as public or private beta testing.

• Facilitate customer-facing beta tests, gather feedback, and collaborate with both product management and development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical laboratory experience with flow cytometry.

• More than 5 years of experience in UI/UX design using tools such as Figma and Miro.

• Comfortable interacting with software engineers on a technical level.

• Ability to collaborate across various functions and integrate complex, diverse inputs from stakeholders.

• Strong, results-oriented personality.
