This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
β’ Establish the vision, objectives, and success metrics for Storm Insights.
β’ Develop and uphold the product roadmap and release strategy.
β’ Perform market and competitive analyses to guide strategic decisions.
β’ Aggregate client feedback from the Client Success team into actionable product enhancements.
β’ Align product initiatives with the company's strategic goals and portfolio priorities.
β’ Oversee and manage the Storm Insights product backlog.
β’ Convert roadmap priorities and client use cases into epics, features, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
β’ Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to plan and execute each release.
β’ Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
β’ Confirm delivered functionality and coordinate user acceptance testing with the Client Success team.
β’ Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks, and communicate these to stakeholders.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in software product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
β’ Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven SaaS or analytics products from conception to MVP and ongoing improvement.
β’ Practical experience in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and participating in agile delivery teams.
β’ Experience working with or for electric utilities (preferred), particularly in storm operations, control center operations, or grid operations (transmission and distribution).
β’ A background in a technical field such as data science, engineering, or software development is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
