Product Manager – Security & Trust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Establish the security priorities for the platform.

• Maintain a balance between security measures and developer experience.

• Direct our security approach for AI agents.

• Oversee our security product offerings.

• Create a cohesive access model across Supabase.

• Propel the compliance roadmap forward.

• Represent the customer's perspective on security matters.

• Produce the documentation that accompanies the code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 7+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to security, identity and access, infrastructure, or developer platform products in a company where security was crucial for enterprise customers.

• Have an extensive understanding of the security fundamentals utilized by our clients, such as authentication, authorization (RBAC, RLS), audit logging, secrets management, and OAuth.

• Demonstrate a successful history of leading cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, Security, GTM, and Compliance, and navigating multi-team RFCs from initial proposal to final implementation.

• Be entirely at ease in a remote, asynchronous environment that values clear written communication.

• Be an outstanding writer, capable of drafting customer-facing security disclosures, internal threat models, documentation pages, or concise summaries for a CISO while maintaining clarity and accuracy.
