This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Conduct analysis on market size, segmentation, share, growth rates, and competitive dynamics across significant life sciences sectors and applications.
β’ Generate actionable insights related to customers, applications, and workflows through both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
β’ Spearhead voice-of-customer initiatives, customer segmentation studies, win/loss evaluations, and persona development efforts.
β’ Recognize emerging market trends, growth potential, competitive threats, and shifting customer demands.
β’ Create strategic market evaluations that guide portfolio priorities, market investments, and growth plans.
β’ Simplify complex market and customer data into straightforward business recommendations for commercial and product leadership teams.
β’ Assess and measure the success of commercial and marketing initiatives across digital, field, and channel strategies.
β’ Design executive dashboards and performance reports that enhance visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, customer engagement, and return on investment.
β’ Identify performance drivers and propose actions to enhance demand generation efficiency and commercial results.
β’ Provide insights that support business decision-making, resource allocation, and growth strategies.
β’ Share findings, recommendations, and performance trends with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Establish key performance indicators and reporting frameworks that bolster business visibility and performance management.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in market analytics, business analytics, commercial analytics, marketing analytics, product marketing, or similar strategic business roles.
β’ Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, analytical instrumentation, diagnostics, healthcare, or similar scientific markets.
β’ Proven ability to convert complex datasets into actionable business strategies.
β’ High proficiency in Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable platforms.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
β’ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
β’ Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes within matrixed organizations.
