This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the product's vision and strategic direction, ensuring it aligns with company goals and customer requirements.
• Clearly present the business rationale and customer benefits for each initiative or feature.
• Act as the recognized authority on the product, the industry, and the competitive environment.
• Convert product strategy into actionable plans, specifying what to develop and the timing of releases.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive development roadmap for internal teams along with a high-level roadmap for executives and customers.
• Gather insights from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to influence the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure that deliveries meet market demands and quality benchmarks.
• Collect and organize ideas from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders for the product backlog.
• Prioritize features by balancing user benefits, development efforts, market timing, and competitive edge.
• Monitor and assess product performance, including feature usage, customer satisfaction, and drivers of churn/renewal.
• Conduct trials, pilots, and MVPs to validate assumptions prior to broader launches.
• Engage in ongoing market and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate internally with engineering, sales, marketing, partner success, support, implementation, finance, legal, and leadership teams.
• Interact externally with customers, end-users, and partners to collect feedback and ensure the product addresses real-world needs.
• Advocate for the product through training sessions, sales enablement, webinars, and direct customer interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO) are advantageous.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a Product Management position.
• Proven track record managing aspects of the product development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar applications.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Outstanding writing and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Aha! Product Management software.
• Familiarity with software engineering concepts, including APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Call Center software, including ACD, IVR, and AI bots.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to enhance product workflows, such as requirements generation, research synthesis, and drafting user stories. Familiarity with AI-native or spec-driven development (SDD) practices is an advantage.
