This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for data enablement, customer communication platforms, and eMarketing tools, addressing marketing demands, lifecycle functions, and emerging conversion scenarios.
• Convert intricate data requirements from marketing and business stakeholders into straightforward product specifications for engineering.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to pinpoint deficiencies in data availability, quality, and segmentation capabilities, transforming them into actionable backlog items.
• Establish use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria for communication platforms, notifications, content management, and campaign tools.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects that involve marketing, technology, and lifecycle teams.
• Evaluate risks and create structured, data-driven written narratives for leadership.
• Assess product and platform performance, developing metrics that demonstrate technical integrity and business value.
• Oversee vendor relationships concerning communication vendors, CMS tools, chat platforms, and related third-party products.
• Facilitate communication among marketing, engineering, and operations regarding strategy, timelines, obstacles, and results.
• Foster cross-functional and matrixed alignment throughout the consumer journey for innovative non-leasing revenue programs.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.
• Proven experience in managing data products or data enablement initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of data flow, consumption, and its utility for business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, including customer communication, CMS, campaign management, or notification systems.
• Capability to navigate between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution.
• Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong integrity and a drive to achieve the highest quality product.
• Ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with lifecycle communications or customer journey tools.
• Knowledge of chat platforms, conversational AI, or digital servicing products.
• Background in FinTech or financial services.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering or analytics teams.
• Proficiency in mobile and web-based product development.
• A curious, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn as roles and workflows evolve.
