This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert intricate priorities into a high-impact roadmap tailored for educators and students.
• Spearhead collaborative efforts involving stakeholders from our Product, Engineering, Assessment, Operations, Implementation Success, and Revenue teams.
• Enhance organizational clarity, navigate challenging trade-offs, and elevate ANet’s product practices.
• Establish success metrics and integrate qualitative and quantitative data to frame essential questions for leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Content, Assessment, Operations, and partner-facing teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Articulate a compelling product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize organizational focus by pinpointing opportunities to simplify or phase out lower-value workflows and investments.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a history of managing complex initiatives and significant organizational decisions.
• Capability to translate ambiguous goals and user needs into actionable roadmaps and technical execution plans within an agile environment.
• Profound understanding of software development and the influence of product decisions on interconnected workflows and organizational priorities.
• Dedication to mastering complex operations and remaining up-to-date on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Skill in distilling complex qualitative and quantitative data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience utilizing user insights, market context, and operational realities to shape prioritization and direction.
• Ability to identify critical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies to facilitate effective leadership decisions.
• Proven capability to oversee large-scale initiatives involving a variety of stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving constraints.
• Strong organizational skills that effectively balance immediate execution needs with long-term strategic objectives.
• Proactive in identifying dependencies, mitigating execution risks, and sustaining momentum.
