This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• At ESN, you will take on the responsibility for your own product category and actively shape its development – from the initial idea to successful marketing.
• You will manage your ESN category portfolio with a focus on innovations and a strong market presence.
• You will plan and oversee product launches, relaunches, and assortment adjustments.
• You will develop go-to-market strategies and implement campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborating with product development, sales, and other teams, you will successfully bring new products to market.
• You will analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitors, deriving concrete growth opportunities from this data.
• You will coordinate all relevant stakeholders for successful product launches.
• You will be responsible for budgets, pricing strategies, and forecasts while keeping an eye on your category's performance.
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in product marketing management within the FMCG industry.
• You have successfully accompanied products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Portfolio management, positioning, and target group segmentation are part of your skill set.
• You think data-driven and feel comfortable with analyses, forecasts, and strategic planning.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, and drive projects to completion.
• You take responsibility and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• You are fluent in both German and English.
