Product Engineer II – Utility Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify customer requirements and develop geospatial solutions tailored for the electric, gas, water, sewer, stormwater, and telecommunications sectors.

• Set up ArcGIS applications, tools, and information models for specific industry applications.

• Recognize and document configuration patterns and usage of ArcGIS Solutions.

• Produce and sustain product documentation and enablement resources for utility solutions.

• Contribute to product design elements to ensure our offerings are user-friendly and deliver an exceptional experience for customers.

• Collaborate closely with customers, software development, business development, and professional services teams to define and create solutions.

• Compose and review product briefs, presentations, and documentation for ArcGIS Solutions.

• Develop and write test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability; carry out both manual and automated testing, analyze results, and report findings.

• Regularly evaluate product quality, readiness for release, and maintain existing ArcGIS Solutions.

• Promote and advocate for solutions to both internal and external audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the utilities, infrastructure, or telecommunications sectors, with experience using ArcGIS to support industry-specific workflows.

• Proficient in implementing and leveraging ArcGIS Utility Networks.

• Proven capability to document and construct GIS workflows.

• Innovative problem solver and a collaborative team member.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in geography or a related discipline.
