Product Engineer, Automation – L9

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive Robotic Process Automation solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere to streamline various manual tasks.

• Accountable for coding and configuring automation process components based on the Process Automation Document (PAD) to fulfill specified requirements.

• Ensure the validation of automations through unit testing and maintain configuration control consistently.

• Analyze business processes thoroughly; contribute to and review process analysis, and engage in agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, backlog refinements, and sprint planning.

• Design RPA solutions in line with established design principles and conventions; provide input for and review object design instructions, process design documentation, solution design documentation, operational impact documentation, test plans, and release notes.

• Configure new RPA processes and objects employing core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to comprehend.

• Conduct and/or support testing activities, including build and unit testing, configuration testing, validation testing, verification testing, UAT testing, and production pilot testing.

• Address issues that occur during the daily operation of RPA processes and deliver timely responses and solutions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field or an MCA with 4+ years of IT experience.

• Certification in Automation Anywhere and experience in developing bots using Automation Anywhere.

• Practical experience with migrating bots from one version to another (from V11 to A360).

• Capability to collaborate with the business to understand use cases, translate them into automation designs, and develop bots.

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL, relational databases, and application development.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
