Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement technology solutions alongside customers, assisting them in enhancing their operations.

• Evaluate customer requirements by observing their processes and addressing significant challenges.

• Transform a notion of "I noticed an area for improvement at a facility" into a delivered feature.

• Collaborate closely with our Machine Learning team to convert outputs into actionable features for various stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess examples of several user-focused projects you have managed and can outline projects to collaborate on with others.

• Experience with most of our technology stack and able to quickly bridge experience gaps.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

• Knowledge of React and React Native.

• Experience with PostgresQL.

• Proficient in Google Cloud.

• Track record of monitoring reliable systems and recovering from outages.

• Ability to identify alerts in production and investigate to provide solutions.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced delivery environment.

• Comfortable delivering at a rapid pace while maintaining strong monitoring and testing practices to ensure software reliability and ease of fixes.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations or our London headquarters regularly (approximately once a month), with expenses covered by Safi.

• If working remotely, your timezone should be within +/-2 hours of London.
