Product Developer Insurance – 100% remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Driving insurance products within the property and casualty sector (SHU)

• Supporting and enhancing current product offerings

• Engaging in negotiations with carriers for both new and existing concepts

• Managing projects related to product concepts

• Serving as the primary contact in your domain and overseeing stakeholder management

• Occasionally providing on-site support to carriers or participating in trade shows

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as an insurance and financial services clerk, business economist, insurance specialist, or equivalent experience

• Strong affinity for numbers

• Experience in product development within the insurance industry

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and enjoy collaborating with carriers

• Passion for the digital work environment and quick adaptation to various tools

• Proactive team player

• Proficient in German, with a minimum language level of C1
