• Leading and implementing innovative and engaging digital products that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes. Collaborating within cross-functional product development teams to produce deliverables and artifacts, such as requirements visualizations, participatory designs, concept models, scenarios, user journeys/flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.
• Offering feedback and guidance to ensure the delivery of intuitive and innovative solutions, while promoting consistency in line with established experience design principles and guidelines – complying with design systems and branding.
• Providing constructive feedback to fellow Product Designers to guarantee the team produces high-quality, data-driven experience designs and visual outputs.
• Collaborating with UX researchers and other product leaders to test and enhance the end-to-end digital experience, maintaining cohesion across the wider digital ecosystem and addressing cross-application design challenges.
• Evaluating and optimizing the performance of new and existing products and services by conducting or participating in usability testing and analyzing analytics data.
• Presenting work to product stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Collaborating with development and design system teams to ensure that design solutions are implemented accurately and consistently.
• Creating user journey maps, workflows, personas, day-in-the-life scenarios, and use case summaries to enhance the organization’s understanding of our users.
• Facilitating design-centered workshops with cross-functional stakeholders based on opportunities identified through research.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• Motivated by user-centered and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience in building and launching features/products that provide an end-to-end experience across various platforms.
• Proven ability to design intuitive and meaningful mobile applications.
• Practical experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Case studies that effectively illustrate your approach and design process for solving complex, data-driven problems.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Preferred: Prior experience using Salesforce.
