Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design for features across both B2B and B2C platforms, addressing challenges, creating solutions, and delivering polished work in collaboration with project management and engineering teams.

• Convert workflows and data into user-friendly, accessible processes.

• Develop prototypes, conduct user interviews and usability tests, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to inform iterations.

• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and depth in research synthesis, ideation, or prototype development.

• Contribute to the design system and reusable components, ensuring a balance between brand uniqueness and platform consistency across various brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product or UX design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or operational platforms.

• Proficient in Figma and other design/prototyping software.

• Practical experience with AI tools integrated into daily workflows.

• Proven ability to utilize research for informed decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - you clarify ambiguity and align stakeholders around a shared vision.

• Strong organizational capabilities - you manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• A portfolio showcasing problem-solving, systems thinking, and effective execution within real-world products.
