Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for specific features or projects, ensuring alignment with user and business objectives.

• Work collaboratively with Product Managers and engineers to define requirements and create thoughtful design solutions.

• Leverage research and product data to guide your decisions and make swift iterations.

• Convert product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Develop user flows and journeys that encompass both ideal scenarios and edge cases.

• Create clean, consistent, and accessible UI components that function seamlessly across various platforms.

• Utilize and contribute to the design system to maintain a scalable and cohesive user experience.

• Clearly and persuasively present your work to cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate closely with fellow designers, offering feedback and participating in design critiques.

• Engage in user testing and integrate insights into design iterations.

• Share ideas to enhance design tools, processes, and team practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in designing digital products, ideally with an emphasis on mobile.

• A robust portfolio showcasing your UX and UI design capabilities and your ability to deliver tangible results.

• Proficiency in Figma and various prototyping tools.

• A user-centric approach with the ability to balance user requirements and business needs.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineers and Product Managers.

• Comfortable in providing and receiving constructive feedback within a collaborative team setting.

• Bonus: Experience in financial products or regulated sectors is advantageous.
