Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Formulate hypotheses and design exceptional user interfaces for a worldwide audience.

• Develop captivating designs and animations that resonate with user requirements and business objectives.

• Strategize and implement user research initiatives.

• Showcase your design solutions to the team.

• Initiate and participate in the enhancement and evolution of our Health & Fitness applications.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the seamless execution of your concepts throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable Product Design position.

• Strong proficiency in both UI and UX design, adopting a user-focused approach.

• Comprehensive understanding of platform-specific design patterns and industry best practices.

• Solid knowledge of iOS and Material Design standards.

• Evidence of experience in prototyping and creating interfaces for intricate, task-oriented applications.

• Experience in producing design assets, motion/animations, and detailed design specifications for development teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail accompanied by strong visual design abilities.

• Capability to establish and execute user research protocols.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate proficiently with development teams.

• Robust understanding of animation principles, with the capacity to enhance user experience while maintaining a high-quality aesthetic.

• Basic knowledge of mobile app development processes.

• Additional advantage: Experience utilizing Claude and Figma MCP within design workflows.

• Practical experience with AI-driven image generation tools.
