This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the complete delivery planning for mobile product initiatives.
• Develop and uphold prioritized roadmaps, release plans, and delivery schedules.
• Manage sequencing, prioritization, work-in-progress oversight, and resolution of dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, growth, analytics, QA, and leadership stakeholders.
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans and clear execution priorities.
• Investigate feature opportunities, gather customer feedback, and analyze product signals to guide roadmap choices.
• Assess effort against impact to aid in prioritization and investment strategies.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and delivery assessments.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and foster alignment on mitigation approaches.
• Steer discussions that remove obstacles for teams and expedite decision-making.
• Ensure that mobile, backend, analytics, and growth initiatives stay aligned throughout the execution phase.
• Create operational processes that enhance predictability, velocity, and quality of releases.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Producer, Delivery Lead, or a comparable role in the support of consumer mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience in launching products on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Background in developing consumer-facing applications that have considerable user bases.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release management, and dependency tracking.
• Practical experience coordinating efforts across mobile, backend, analytics, QA, and product teams.
• High proficiency with Jira and agile project management processes.
• Strong product acumen with a record of contributing to discovery, requirements gathering, and prioritization processes.
• Capability to independently manage projects from planning through to release.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Comfortable influencing senior leadership and making recommendations on prioritization.
• Proficient in English: C2 level (both written and verbal).
• Must be available to work during American time zones.
• Location: Remote, Latin America.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Time Zone: Significant overlap with Americas working hours is required.
