Product Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects aimed at enhancing data product offerings, collaborating with engineering teams or utilizing AI tools to identify challenges, craft solutions, and deliver results.

• Independently explore data quality concerns and manage the entire feedback process, from identifying root causes to resolving issues and ensuring clear communication with Customer Success and clients (participating in customer calls, providing written summaries of resolutions, etc.).

• Develop quality assurance protocols to proactively detect and mitigate data integrity problems.

• Create repeatable, automated checks to lessen dependence on manual investigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical product management or analytics role.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL).

• Background in quality assurance for datasets.

• A tendency to automate repetitive tasks and ensure reproducibility.

• Experience with AI tools to expedite data analysis, investigations, and documentation processes.

• Professional-level proficiency in English, as it is the primary language of communication within the company (documentation, Slack, meetings).

• Experience in leading or contributing to AI/ML-related product initiatives.

• Familiarity with large geospatial datasets.
