Product Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the analytical lead integrated into four product teams.

• Convert product hypotheses into quantifiable analytical inquiries.

• Design and assess experiments and A/B testing methodologies.

• Track product performance and identify early indicators of impact.

• Develop decision-making frameworks and uphold success metrics.

• Work collaboratively with functions on shared models and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate reasoning clearly.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable prototyping using Python or notebooks.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.

• Motivated by establishing a data culture from the ground up.
