Product Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Acquire and sustain a comprehensive understanding of card payment authentication and customer authentication products.

• Develop and organize high-quality content that effectively conveys product features and usage to various audiences.

• Collect accurate information through engagement with developers and review of technical documentation.

• Manage the balance of coordinating inputs, crafting drafts, and presenting content ideas.

• Customize content to address the needs of different audiences and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with your manager, a technical writer, and a graphic designer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product content development, ideally within SaaS technology or the payments sector.

• Ability to comprehend, organize, and communicate intricate digital products and authentication techniques.

• Proficient at posing relevant questions to extract essential information from technical teams.

• Outstanding writing and editing skills, emphasizing clarity and audience engagement.

• Knowledge of digital 3DS products, fraud risk products, and customer authentication solutions.

• Demonstrated capability to adapt content for diverse audiences and understand their specific needs.

• Strong history of effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams.

• Highly skilled in Office 365, with familiarity in Markdown and PlantUML being advantageous.

• Understanding of GitLab and VuePress hosting is a bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
