This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of core product positioning and ensure consistent alignment across all messaging and go-to-market (GTM) activities.

• Create and customize messaging by market to ensure relevance across various geographies and customer segments.

• Develop a comprehensive sales enablement asset library from the ground up, including battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks.

• Provide Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with market-specific, impactful collateral to aid in deal execution.

• Design ROI frameworks and objection-handling materials to enhance sales discussions.

• Oversee and mentor the content team to guarantee high-quality output and strategic alignment.

• Manage the editorial calendar and overarching narrative structure for all content initiatives.

• Ensure that all content is closely aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions and product positioning.

• Define content KPIs and establish a consistent cadence for review and performance tracking.

• Direct the competitive intelligence function and maintain a well-structured overview of the competitive landscape.

• Keep a live competitor tracker focused on conversational commerce, WhatsApp tools, and AI-driven shopping ecosystems.

• Translate competitive insights into updates for positioning, battle cards, and internal sales enablement materials.

• Present quarterly competitive landscape briefs to leadership.

• Engage in product roadmap reviews and collaborate closely with the product team.

• Lead GTM planning for feature and product launches across all significant releases.

• Convert product roadmap decisions into clear, compelling narratives for the market.

• Manage centralized ICP definitions and ongoing validation while coordinating the cross-functional execution of all launch assets.

• Conduct win/loss analyses and structured customer interviews to generate actionable insights.

• Continuously provide customer and market insights to sales, product, and marketing functions.

• Assist in research and insights for entry into new geographic markets.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Product Marketing.

• 2+ years of experience within a startup or high-growth SaaS environment (preferably Series A).

• Demonstrated experience building functions from the ground up, including establishing a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) function, defining positioning frameworks, or creating a complete sales enablement library.

• Strong B2B SaaS background with a solid understanding of how software is sold, not merely marketed.

• Familiarity with the MENA market is preferred, including the GCC ecommerce and retail landscape, or B2B buyer behavior in KSA/UAE; experience in North America is an advantage.

• Proven experience in creating high-impact sales enablement assets, such as battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch collateral actively utilized by sales teams.

• Exceptional positioning skills with the capability to develop messaging frameworks, beyond just copywriting.

• Experience leading or closely collaborating with a content function, demonstrating strong editorial judgment and a clear sense of narrative quality and consistency.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional settings with direct collaboration among founders, sales leadership, and product teams.

• Experience in conversational commerce, WhatsApp Business tools, or ecommerce SaaS.

• Experience working with or selling into KSA, UAE, or broader GCC markets.

• Familiar with Arabic market nuances, even if not a native speaker.

• Experience with the Meta WhatsApp Business Service Provider (BSP) ecosystem and a background in AI or products related to large language models (LLMs).

• Experience working with distributed or async-first remote teams.
