Product Analyst / Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Examine user interactions across essential product pathways: registration, deposits, betting activities, withdrawals, bonuses, and user retention.

• Track vital product KPIs such as conversion rates, retention, churn, lifetime value (LTV), session activity, user engagement, and revenue generation.

• Generate product and business reports to determine which features, mechanics, or user pathways enhance engagement and revenue.

• Assist in validating product hypotheses by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data.

• Evaluate A/B tests and experiments, assess outcomes, and deliver clear insights and recommendations.

• Segment users and analyze cohorts based on behavior, value, lifecycle stages, activity levels, VIP potential, or risk patterns to inform product and CRM strategies.

• Aid in investigating declines or anomalies in product and business metrics and uncover potential reasons for these changes.

• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Anti-Fraud, and other business units to foster data-driven decision-making.

• Create regular analytical summaries and presentations that highlight key findings, performance outcomes, and strategic recommendations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in analytics within a B2C product environment as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Marketing Analyst.

• Proficient SQL skills and experience managing large datasets.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of product metrics including conversion rates, retention, churn, LTV, engagement, revenue, deposits, or user activity.

• Experience in funnel analysis, segmentation, hypothesis validation, or A/B testing methodologies.

• Proven capability to analyze intricate data, recognize trends, and offer actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with product, CRM, marketing, anti-fraud, business, and technical teams.

• Capacity to clarify business requirements, pose pertinent questions, and structure analytical tasks efficiently.

• A proactive and results-driven attitude, ready to thrive in a fast-paced product environment.

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience in presenting insights to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian (both written and spoken) for internal communications.
