This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Develop and maintain system processes across Owens Corning's various businesses, corporate functions, third-party vendors, and Shared Services.
• Ensure that all processes adhere to established standards, current documentation, and the controls set by Owens Corning.
• Provide guidance to regional GBS teams regarding system access and requirements.
• Design processes that facilitate business growth while harmonizing global and local standards.
• Act as the primary operational contact for addressing and prioritizing process-related issues.
• Promote efficiency and quality enhancements within processes.
• Evaluate the effects of process modifications on labor, safety, service, and inventory integrity.
• Identify system functionalities and processes that align with business needs.
• Create, sustain, and deliver training for end-users, including refresher courses.
• Track operational metrics and investigate as well as resolve any disruptions.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Leader on process health KPIs and identify any gaps in processes.
• Oversee SAP business roles, including role design, assignment, compliance, security, and segregation-of-duties standards.
• Participate in supply chain system design, development workshops, requirements gathering, UAT, cutover, go-lives, and stabilization efforts.
• Assess requests for changes in system processes and recommend appropriate actions.
• Lead initiatives for process design and improvement that incorporate automation and AI.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that process designs align with IT and enterprise optimization objectives.
• Collaboratively design and prioritize process enhancements with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Maintain, update, and communicate changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, operations, engineering, or process excellence roles that support industrial operations.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning, asset management, manufacturing execution, production scheduling, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working within a multi-site manufacturing organization.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, SAP PM, or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, reliability, or process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive standardization across multiple sites while accommodating local operational needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including both domestic and international travel.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and experience in supporting process stabilization following S/4 cutover is preferred.
• Experience in a multinational corporation within a corporate environment is desirable.
• Proven track record of identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements.

• Proficiency in identifying process breakdowns and proposing solutions.
