Process Lead

📋 Description

• Develop the comprehensive methodological framework for current-state (AS-IS) operational mappings and future-state (TO-BE) models.

• Define and construct forward-looking, intentional process architectures that are in line with the organization's technology strategy.

• Conduct thorough statistical analyses, gap analyses, and advanced simulations to facilitate critical business decision-making.

• Establish and implement the corporate architecture governance model, ensuring methodological consistency and scalability.

• Spearhead large-scale process architecture initiatives with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate with technical and business leaders, translating complex statistical analyses into pragmatic solutions.

• Recommend enhancements for international clients and refine organizational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in leading the redefinition, design, and comprehensive transformation of complex processes.

• Advanced knowledge of BPM/BPMN and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced gap analysis, dynamic simulations, and conceptual TO-BE design.

• Strong understanding of organizational governance frameworks, complex metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.

• Self-motivated and capable of leading large-scale process architecture initiatives independently.

• Strong communication skills with technical and business leaders.

• Ability to adapt and work effectively with international clients.
