Process Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and document payer content management workflows within a healthcare revenue cycle setting.

• Collaborate with content, operations, and product teams to identify optimization opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.

• Outline comprehensive content operations workflows from the acquisition of payer policy data to the delivery of rules into production products.

• Conduct structured interviews and collaborative sessions to document existing processes, roles, and transitions.

• Recognize inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies throughout the content lifecycle.

• Create clear process documentation and current-state maps suitable for leadership and cross-functional review.

• Present prioritized recommendations for process enhancements linked to measurable efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or operational consulting.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare RCM or health tech industry; deep expertise in process methodologies is required.

• Proven ability to lead working sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and convert findings into organized documentation.

• Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., value stream mapping, swim lane diagrams).

• Excellent communication skills – capable of presenting findings clearly to both operational and executive audiences.

• Ability to function as an independent contributor with minimal supervision.

• Open to working as a 1099 Contractor.
