This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide a customized, high-touch experience for Empower clients throughout onboarding, financial planning, and investment strategy engagements.
• Guide clients through significant planning milestones and outreach campaigns in collaboration with the practice team.
• Oversee ongoing communications, anticipate client needs, and act as a reliable point of contact.
• Recognize planning opportunities by leveraging client discussions and data insights.
• Direct the collection of information to facilitate timely and relevant recommendations.
• Offer financial planning that aligns with each client's objectives, either independently or in conjunction with the practice team.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of investment strategies that reflect client goals and risk tolerances.
• Remain updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at Empower Personal Wealth to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Strengthen client relationships and increase wallet share within a distinguished client base.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in financial services and client relations.
• Required FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations.
• FINRA fingerprinting is a requirement.
• Familiarity with wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and situational awareness skills.
• Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks concurrently.
• Ability to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
• Proficient in navigating diverse client needs, achieving multi-product objectives, and analyzing as well as presenting investment portfolios.
• Proficient in or quick to learn Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other proprietary recordkeeping systems.
• CFP designation preferred.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa, including CPT/OPT.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired setup and a suitable home workspace is required for remote work.
