This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Support and improve compliance initiatives related to privacy, data protection, marketing compliance, AI governance, and broader data management efforts.
• Offer guidance on the collection, utilization, sharing, retention, and safeguarding of personal data across products, services, and internal business operations.
• Aid in the creation, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of privacy policies, procedures, standards, templates, and associated documentation.
• Manage and refresh Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), collaborating closely with Information Security and operational teams to document new and altered processing activities.
• Perform privacy reviews and assessments as part of supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract renewal processes.
• Assist in responding to customer privacy and compliance questionnaires, audits, and due diligence inquiries.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing privacy documentation, notices, disclosures, and materials that explain our privacy and data protection practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure adherence to privacy requirements related to websites, cookies, tracking technologies, consent management, and marketing initiatives.
• Provide advice on privacy and compliance considerations for data management, data governance, and information lifecycle projects.
• Support the negotiation and evaluation of privacy, data protection, confidentiality, and security clauses in customer, supplier, and partner agreements.
• Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), transfer impact assessments, and other privacy risk assessments.
• Stay updated on global privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and data-related regulations, and help implement necessary updates to policies, processes, and controls.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify privacy risks and create practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business, Information Governance, or a related discipline.
• 5–7+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, legal, risk, or data governance roles.
• Profound knowledge of GDPR and European privacy and data protection regulations.
• Experience in supporting privacy programs within a regulated or complex data-processing environment.
• Capability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business guidance.
• Exceptional drafting, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
