Prison Program Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Empowering and mobilizing local churches to recognize and address the needs of incarcerated individuals and their families

• Fostering connections with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections personnel, and prison chaplains

• Guiding volunteer teams to achieve ministry objectives while encouraging cooperation and individual spiritual growth

• Implementing and managing ministry initiatives based on Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and significant in-prison activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Maintain a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through both prayer and actions

• Over 8 years of experience in sales, territory, and relationship management

• More than 2 years of experience in recruiting and overseeing volunteers

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Proven ability to cultivate personal networking relationships
