This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Establish the comprehensive technical strategy and oversee architectural standards throughout the HCM suite.
• Guarantee smooth and scalable integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Direct technical SAP teams during intricate system development and deployment processes.
• Re-engineer, transform, and sustain custom SAP SOH workloads within SuccessFactors and BTP.
• Assess current-stack custom workloads and create a migration framework for achieving a clean core.
• Drive the SAP technical vision and implement best practices to enhance business value.
• Streamline complex business processes and lower the total cost of ownership.
• Evaluate business needs and design integrated SAP solutions.
• Provide guidance to product and business teams regarding SAP technology and tools.
• Spearhead technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development of SAP functionalities and integrations.
• Assist engineering teams in the development, configuration, and implementation of solutions.
• Ensure the technical integrity of projects and the reuse of common technical components.
• Engage in defining the product roadmap and strategy.
• Coordinate technical teams and ensure alignment of solution components with roadmaps.
• Hold teams accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering successful outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers and consultants.
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on information technology, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• A minimum of 8 SAP SuccessFactors/HR implementations as an Architect or Senior Consultant.
• Over 10 years of practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration development for large-scale transformations.
• Extensive SAP application engineering experience leveraging extensibility models, including RAP, CAP, and clean-core principles.
• Familiarity with released APIs and the creation of wrappers for requirements without released APIs.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud applications utilizing SAP BTP services.
• Proficiency with Business Application Studio, SAP Build, Advanced Work Zone, and Integration Suite.
• Background in business process re-engineering or process improvement within comprehensive information systems.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP.
• Proven experience working globally at a leadership level with demonstrated growth and success.
• Experience with HR transformation initiatives, including transitioning from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Familiarity with Web Services, Java connectors, REST APIs, and non-SAP application integrations.
• Experience with SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAC, or Fieldglass is a bonus.
